KIMAHR is a zero-energy consuming brick building
that uses a geothermal heatpump to cover its energy consumption.
The house itself is split into two parts that are conjoined via a prestigious hallway that opens up
to the terrasse and garden. The living, cooking and dining area is simultaniously unified and organized on different levels. This gives separate room to each need, and at the same time provides spacious interior. All furniture is built in and space saving and also designed by GRID architects.

KIMAHR , due to its energy balance and effective use of space, fullfills any demands on sustainability while offering a pleasing and liveable space.
